When I ask visitors for highlights of the Royal Cheshire Show these usually range from the food to the tractors, from the bell ringing to the sheep shearing! I would like to mention another highlight; the North West Air Ambulance Charity stand.
I really enjoyed meeting Critical Care Paramedic Martin and other volunteers from the North West Air Ambulance. He flies patients from across Cheshire to the Royal Stoke, where I serve as a Board Member, and other hospitals with major trauma units via helicopter.
