I was delighted to be asked to join a discussion panel hosted by Warwick University Women in Engineering and Science yesterday. We considered the challenges faced by women in engineering, technology and business but as everyone on the panel testified, there are fantastic opportunities for women. Only by standing together can we overcome barriers and encourage the next generation of graduates to aim high.
I enjoyed meeting fellow panellists Dr. Manisha Morais, Heather Williams and Chloe Fox and the Warwick Women in Engineering and Science team who organised the event chaired by Deema Khunda. An inspiring group of women!
